Jessica & Dylan's : Romantic Evening in Italy Themed Wedding // The Grandview, NY

Jessica & Dylan's dreamy wedding was my first wedding back after having my second son (2 months old).

When Jessica asked if I would consider taking on their wedding I couldn't refuse. Every wedding is incredibly special to me as it means a couple is entrusting me to document a huge labor of love and milestone in their lives, but it also means they are inviting me to spend practically every moment of their wedding day by their side. THAT is an honor I will never take lightly. To get to witness every prayer, every glance, every emotion... it's trust and I treasure it and thrive off of it. It was also special being welcomed back after photographing the Bride's sister's wedding years prior!

Jessica and Dylan stitched every detail of their vision together hand in hand as a couple. Meeting with them and discussing every morsel of wedding goodness and following their planning journey...my heart would skip a beat every time I would hear the excitement in their voices. They always seemed positive and prepared for anything...because they understood that at the end of the day...as long as they had each other...all is well. Their love and respect for each other... for family, for the vendors..for EVERYONE is truly inspiring and speaks volumes as to how their lives together will carry through. They lead with love.

As I review these captures, I am reminded of a story for practically every one told to me about their story. Her sister unveiling her dress so carefully...is so much more...it is ALL the days searching for that perfect dress together. Every image of the bridal party represents years and years of memories and bonds formed, etc. Jessica and Dylan, I hope when you look through these today and years and years from now your heart fills back up with ALL the memories.
